It has been almost 5 years since he has been selling this chaat in Triveni Ghat and people like its taste very much. You will not get this leaf chaat anywhere else in Rishikesh but only here. Here you will get two types of chaat, medium and large. Talking about the price, the price of medium chaat is ₹ 50, which is enough for one person. Whereas the price of large chaat is ₹ 100, which 2 to 3 people can eat comfortably.
How is this unique chaat made?
Kailash told that in this special chaat, curd, crispy kachori, chutney, potatoes, moong balls etc. are mixed together. This chaat is served in a special leaf and this is a leaf which is not available everywhere. Besides, there are many benefits of eating this leaf. Firstly, it is good for digestion and secondly, it is beneficial for our health. This leaf is none other than Malu leaf.
